Delin’s flagship office project is the Silver City office project located near the Kremlin in Moscow.  A large development in the center of any mega city is a difficult challenge. It involves complex commercial, regulatory, and architectural challenges that only world class developers can master.  The Silver City project is on a prime location in the center of Moscow near the Kremlin.  The site was subject to severe architectural restrictions due to the historic nature of the embankment and various related height, transport and other restrictions. Some questioned whether a world class office project would be possible in that location.  With the assistance of the best international architects and an elite development team, Delin presented a concept to the city of Moscow that won approval of the city authorities. 
Many developers fail to focus on the transport implications of their projects in the center of major cities. Delin realized immediately that the project and the city would need improved transport access.  The result was an agreement with the city that Delin would finance and manage the construction of a new transport junction that would connect that inner ring road to the embankment where the Silver City project was located.  Delin is now completing this transport junction that will greatly improve transport access both for tenants of the Silver City project and to the center of Moscow.

Silver City is a new Class A+ Business Center, located in the historical center of Moscow on the Serebryanicheskaya embankment. As a unique and modern architectural complex Silver City fits splendidly in the ’necklace’ of old gardens along Yauzskaya and Serebryanicheskaya embankments.
Silver City is located 1,7 kilometers from the Kremlin, next to the intersection of the Garden Ring (Zemlyanoy Val street) and Serebryanicheskaya embankment. The Business center is just off the Garden Ring. A road junction has been build to tie Silver City with the Garden Ring and to ensure the shortest and most convenient way to the Business Center from any part of Moscow.
Silver City has an easy access to main traffic arteries and international airports due to very close location to the Garden Ring and Moskva River embankments. Silver City is within a 7-minute walk from Kurskaya and Chkalovskaya metro stations and a 10-minute walk from Taganskaya metro station.
Over the centuries merchant households and a brisk silver goods market were located in this area. This historically active business area is now experiencing a rebirth. During the last decade Taganskiy district has become one of the leading business areas of Moscow. Such multinational Russian and foreign companies as Ernst & Young, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Raiffeisen Bank, RUSAL, and Schlumberger prefer this district to others.
In addition to class A office space Silver City provides tenants with a service-rich infrastructure to make sure that they feel comfortable. The Cafeteria will seat 400 people and will be located in the spacious atrium between the two wings of the building to encourage tenants to have business meetings while having morning coffee or business lunch.
