Mikhail A.Golovin
President

Mikhail has wide experience with overseeing all aspects of real estate development operations .  Prior to Delin’s expansion into Ukraine, Mikhail was the CEO for Delin’s real estate operations in Russia. As CEO of Delin’s Russian operations, Mikhail oversaw the completion of many successful real estate development projects. Mikhail now has overall responsibility for Delin’s activities in Russia and Ukraine.  Prior to his involvement with Delin, Mikhail worked as CEO and CFO for a number of successful businesses in the former Soviet Union.  Mikhail has a reputation for getting things done and ensuring bottom line success for Delin and its partners. 

Mikhail is a graduate of the Moscow State Financial Academy.

Jonathan Hay
Executive Vice President

Jonathan has been involved in real estate investment and development in Russia and Ukraine for more than 10 years.  Since 2005 Jonathan has had operational responsibility for Delin’s real estate development activities in Ukraine.  Prior to his involvement with Delin,  Jonathan was the CEO of a number of successful start-up companies.  He has also worked as a consultant to the World Bank and as a tax associate for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton, a New York based international law firm.

Jonathan is a graduate of Oxford and Harvard Universities where he received a MA in philosophy and economics in 1986 and a JD in 1992, respectively.  In 2000 Jonathan received a Ph.D. in mathematics from the Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Ersin Demirdelen
Executive President

Ersin has worked for more that three decades in construction and real estate development.  For more than 15 years he has held management positions in this sector in the former Soviet Union.  Ersin has overall responsibility for managing the development process for Delin’s projects in both Russia and Ukraine. Most recently, Ersin delivered the Silver City Project in Moscow, a 60,000 square meter Class A office project near the Kremlin that is widely recognized as one of the best office projects in Moscow to date.  Ersin is regularly recognized as one of the most experienced and successful development professionals in the former Soviet Union.  Prior to his work for Delin, Ersin held top management positions with other well known real estate and construction companies, including Enka Insaat ve Sanayi, Bechtel – Enka, Moscow Red Hills, and Mosenka.  While Ersin particularly loves developing Class A office projects, he is well known for his ability to develop anything from power stations, agricultural complexes, medical centers and oil plants to mega shopping malls, logistics centers and residential buildings.

Ersin is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University. He holds degrees in civil construction and engineering

Igor Kuzmin
Vice President

Igor is responsible for Delin’s expansion into regional centers throughout Ukraine. Prior to working with Delin  Igor was the General Director for Tatnefteprodukt. For a long operating time with the big collectives in the field of power energy and petroleum(wholesale and retail trade) has found experience of crisis management and efficient control of the big companies. Also has experience of introduction of new technologies in the field of management and production. Igor has a wide network of business and governmental contacts throughout Ukraine (both east and west).

Igor is a graduate of the Lvov Technical University, and also has received an economic education at the Kharkov National University of  Karazin.

Sergei Yelizarov
CFO

Sergei is responsible for Delin finance function. He has more than 10 years of quality experience in all areas of accounting, finance and management consulting, having worked as auditor and consultant for Big-4 firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers-Ukrainian & Russian offices) and as senior financial analyst for Ukrainian investment and M&A firms (Prospect Investments, Golden Gate Business). Before joining Delin in 2007, Sergei held several top corporate finance positions in international iron & steel industry (Corporation “Industrial Union of Donbass”, Industrial Group, CJSC “Ekoenergiya”). Sergei has vast experience in structuring transactions, raising finance, and delivering results for both well-established international industry giants and start-up SPVs. He graduated from the National University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy in 1999 with BA degree in Economics, with further education in Austria (International Monetary Fund). He strives for qualified accountant (ACCA) and certified financial analyst (CFA) degrees. As part of ISD Group in 2005-2008, Sergei gained excellent relationship within international banking community and gained practical experience as CFO in USD 700 mln budget energy start-up.
