A Concept of Kolonshina Logistics Park was officially presented to Delin Development.

Knight Frank (KF), a global network of experts in valuations, consultancy, sales and lettings, on 1 June 2007 presented a concept of Kolonshina Logistics Park.

The concept includes preliminary specifications for the warehouses and designing solutions in colour (see photo gallery). The suggested model proposes an integrated development of the land plot with construction of five buildings with 164,343 sq.m storage space and 22,476 sq.m. office space. The total area of the storage complexes is about 202,441 sq.m. and their major function is that of goods storage.

“This is the milestone that opens a new perspective and a way to turning a paper drawing into a tangible construction,” said DD’s President Mikhail Golovin.

KF, an international consulting company, was founded in 1896 in London. Today KF employs more than 4,500 professionals in more than 165 offices in 30 countries. The company provides various services at the high quality market. Among KF’s partners there are famous building and development companies, influential financial institutions, architect’s offices and professional managing companies.
