
Nigel Young of Czech NAI Mipa was introduced as a Consultant for Delin Development’s retail projects in the regions
Delin Development, an affiliated branch of Delin Group, is happy to announce the appointment of Nigel Young, a Managing Director and an owner of NAI Mipa, as an exclusive Consultant for DD retail projects in Kyiv and regions.
Currently Nigel Young heads the Prague office of NAI Mipa, a part of the NAI Global independent network of real estate companies. He has already agreed to advice DD on its “ASTR-Arkadia” retail and office center in Odessa. It is a mixed-use development of 173,560 m2 total area which includes a modern shopping/entertainment center, Class A business center and economy-plus/ business class residential complex.

Mr. Young has advised on the layout, tenant mix and concluded the leasing of Borská Pole Shopping Centre PlzeH (42,000 m2), Ústí nad Labem (20,000 m2), Brno Carrefour (34,000 m2), Ostrava Carrefour Futurum (37,400m2), Danubia Centre Bratislava, Nový Smíchov Prague 5 (60,000 m2) and Centre Cassovia (30,000 m2) at Koaice.
About Mr. Nigel YOUNG
Currently he is a Managing Director and owner of NAI MIPA and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has more than 30 years experience in the retail real estate development. His outstanding career began in 1972 when he joined Healey and Baker. Mr.Young also worked for McDonald´s corporation and helped it to set its foot in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Sweden and England. He also worked with Ocean Pacific Sunwear, Morgan Grenfeld Laurie, General Continental Investment, and Feau Lambert Smith Hampton. Nigel moved to Prague in 1993 and in 1996 he created NAI Mipa. Since this time he has advised on the design, marketing and leasing of many of well-known developments in Central Europe.
